Anderson, lifelong Potlatch resident and former commissioner and chairman of the Potlatch Fire District, will be at 1:30 1 tomorrow. Man Faces Term, Fine OROFINO, Idaho Probation, six months in jail and a' $500 fine have been assessed against Delbert Matson, 19, Kooskia, Idaho, for leaving the scene of an auto-bicycle accident July 10 in which a 16-year-old Orofino girl was killed. Second District Court Judge Andrew Schwam of Moscow sentenced Matson last week to one year in jail and fined Matson $1,000, but six months of the sentence were suspended as was $500 of the fine.
