They drove to Florida to attend Neil and Liz Appel's wedding and then toured part of the United States on their way home.     Pat Voge's memory garden in Rosalia has been named “Garden of the Month” by the Rosalia Garden Club. The garden has been landscaped with continuous blooms in mind from early spring until late summer with different cultivars of greenery staying on into winter.     Dusty Saturday, Karen Broeckel, accompanied by her sisters Jeanette Nolan of Colfax and Patty Wieber of Spokane, attended the funeral services of Cpl. Justin Clouse of Sprague at the Life Center Church in Spokane. The 22-year-old soldier was killed in Afghanistan along with four of his fellow soldiers on June 9. Clouse was the great-great-nephew of the women’s mother, Amelia Schaal Broeckel.
